COACHING WORKS BEST FOR

Problem solving based on your strengths

Present oriented goals

Change can reasonably happen by meeting every 2 weeks

You know that you can use the Change Strategies between meetings

You can make use of a lot of information from the meeting

You can meet for 60 minutes per meeting

You won’t need to use insurance (coaching challenges are not medical in nature)

THERAPY WORKS BEST FOR

You want to uncover the “why” something is happening

To do that you will need to look at the past and present

To see progress you will need to start out by meeting weekly

Lots of collaboration and experiential learning will occur during the session

You meet for 45 minutes per session

You may be able to use insurance because the issues are medical (diagnose) in nature

Coaching Agreement: Coaching meetings are $150.00 per meeting.

Workshops are $35.00 per 60 minute workshop.

Small groups can divide the 60 minute fee per meeting

Books are individually priced.
